These two. I could hardly wait for their wedding after photographing their engagement session. They are so madly, crazy in love with each other, the way they look at each other, love is definitely in the air when these two are around! [If you missed their engagement session you can see it here!]
Their wedding was a lovely June wedding where friends and family gathered to share in Andrew and Minerva's happy day. Besides their crazy chemistry, I was also especially crazy about the colors! [ I may be biased because this was the same color palette as my own wedding.] :-)
Enough words, onto the pictures!
One of the perks of being a bride is everyone tending you you! :)
One of my favorite things about their wedding was they allowed extra time in the middle of the day to capture lots of fun portraits of both the family and the bridal party. We were able to go outside to capture the portraits in natural light (I LOVE FAMILY PORTRAITS IN NATURAL LIGHT! - did I just say that in shouty capitals? :D I just love the classic and timeless look that natural light lends itself to portraits) and it was not rushed at all. Look at how relaxed they all are! I can't get enough of how much these families love one another!
I loved how her dress flowed out into the aisle. Just beautiful...
Did I mention how much I loved these colors!?
This whole group was so much fun!
All his groomsmen are all brothers. What a good looking family!!
What goes best with beer? Bobcats, of course. (note, that is a pepsi in the ringbearer's hand!)
in love.
I seriously can't get enough of these two! They made my job so easy!
As we were doing these portraits, the sky started to get really gloomy. We were almost done when the softest, summer rain began to fall from the sky. These two were so happy and in the moment we just busted out an umbrella and carried on. Perfection.
Onto the reception...
These parents are so cute!
Those five brothers? It wouldn't be fair if I didn't include one with their sister too. :)
Thank you, Andrew and Minerva, and all of your families for allowing me into your circle and letting me be a part of this beautiful day. xoxo, Jen
And.....a special shout out to Cara of Captivated by Cara Photography for assisting me for the day! I had a blast working with Cara and loved how her perspective complimented mine perfectly!
Beautiful couple and pictures!
